Our typical client profile would include a multinational entity that has already established operations in their specific domestic market and wish to, or have started to expand into international markets and, in particular, markets with which Barbados has included in its network of tax and/or bilateral treaties. These companies would be genuinely looking for efficiencies for their cross border corporate structure, may see the current economic crisis as an opportune time to reorganise (and take full advantage of depressed values) or may want to reduce costs in the overall structure by relocating to lower cost jurisdictions.
